We have always featured competitively priced, good quality villas and village house holidays in Cyprus and were the pioneers in this field. We have a dedicated office with cleaners, representatives and maintenance personnel in Paphos who look after our wide range of properties. Some, more distant village houses are cared for by their owners.
Our villa descriptions are factual, avoiding unnecessary flowery language and our selling prices are straightforward, competitive for the standard of property and include either one, two or even three cars in the price depending on the number of persons. Some of our villas are older, with simple furnishings even if they do have a pool. We feature them because they have large gardens, because they are not part of boring developments. We do not feature Caribbean style luxury properties. We do not ask you to share a Group ‘A’ car between six persons as some of our competitors do and do not refer to the cars included as ‘free’. Neither do we try and cram too many guests in a villa so that we fill more seats on the aircraft and make the selling price look cheap. We do not believe in showing the cheapest price and then charging underoccupancy.
We price all our villa holidays per person from two persons upwards and we include children in the party size as adults sharing, so reducing the overall cost per person. Additionally, the first child (2-11) in each party is given a discount of £5 per day and the second child £4 per day. Child discounts do not apply to accommodation only bookings. Unlike bookings made direct with owners on the web, we have a duty of care under the 1992 Package Travel Regulations, are based in the UK and your contract with us comes under UK law. You stand limited chance of redress from a foreign owner should something go wrong with your booking.
Are our villas “child friendly”? – probably not. These are private properties and not built so that parents can let their young children run loose unsupervised. So, if you are worried about their safety then please look after them.
Finally, remember you will always know where you are staying in Cyprus.
We never allocate on arrival! Cleaning is generally once a week and a Welcome Pack is provided. For ease of reference, properties are divided into modern villas, mostly with pool, and traditional renovated village houses, a few of which have private or shared swimming pool. Premier properties are marked as such.
