We have been established for 39 years, and our aim has always been to offer our clients maximum flexibility and to provide precisely the holiday they seek. We can rightly claim to have been ahead of our time now that the unpackaged holiday – always our speciality – is so much in fashion. For us, however, unpackaging does not mean penny-pinching by ceasing to offer our customers a meal during their flight or cutting corners by asking them to pay extra for a transfer to their resort on arrival. Our customers – 70% of whom give us their business repeatedly or who have been recommended to contact us by their friends – tell us that they like the way we organise their holidays, and we plan to continue to offer precisely what our regular customers enjoy; the best all-round service possible.
Should you have a problem with any part of our arrangements, our 24-hour duty manager and our directors will do their utmost to assist. If our suppliers are at fault in anyway, you can look to us in our Middlesex offices for a solution – we will not pass the buck.

How should we describe our holidays if you are a Sunvil newcomer? Probably along the lines of a safe adventure, because our holidays are for the independently-minded person. We research our resorts in great detail, we get to know our host destinations well so that our staff can describe our holidays to you in more depth should you so wish. Many of our holidays are slightly off the beaten track because those are the types of holiday that we, personally, are passionate about. We care about the destinations we sell to our customers, and try to act always in a responsible manner as far as the local people and the local environment are concerned.
Please don’t think that, because our price panels indicate 7 or 14 night durations, there’s nothing else available. Far from it! Most of our clients do take one or two week holidays but those prices are there for guidance as much as anything – we can usually arrange a holiday of absolutely any duration that you wish.
In these times of do-it-yourself holidays, we believe that we offer a valuable service. We save you time and we save you the inconvenience of contacting many different people to arrange your holiday. Most importantly of all, you can rest assured (unlike when you make DIY arrangements on the web) that your money is 100% safe, guaranteed by our bond with the Civil Aviation Authority (ATOL 808), by our bond with AITO Trust and via our membership of both AITO and ABTA.
Air-conditioning Supplement in Villas and Village Houses
For some years we managed to contain the cost of air-conditioning within the rental fee paid to villa owners. However, the rising cost of electricity in Cyprus has made it impossible for us to continue to do so.
Where properties have air-conditioning units in the bedrooms, then its use is included in the bedrooms being used for all arrivals between 5th June and 17th September. Outside this period, unless otherwise stated in the villa description, a charge is made locally of c.£2.50 per day for each air-conditioning unit used. It is unlikely that you will need air-conditioning at night outside the 5th June to 17th September period.
No charge will be made for use of air-conditioning units in living rooms, if applicable.
Villas in Winter
As our Paphos office, which handles self-catering properties, is closed 1/12/06 to 28/2/07 Villas and Village Houses are not generally available over this period, though holidays may be possible in some properties where there is an efficient form of heating. Long holiday durations may also be possible. Hotels and Hotel Apartments will be functioning normally in the winter months.
Equipment in Villas
Our local staff do their best but it is physically impossible for us to check every villa before the arrival of every client. If you find certain items are missing or the cleaning not up to scratch, then tell our representatives immediately and faults will be rectified at once.
Short Breaks
Short Breaks of 3 to 6 nights are available on British Airways and Cyprus Airways scheduled services to most hotels (some may stipulate a fixed minimum stay). For an approximate price, simply take the one week from the two week price in the relevant price panel for the period desired. Divide this figure by 7 to get the nightly rate per person and subtract this nightly figure from the one week brochure price to give a 6 night duration, the figure x 2 for a 5 night duration, the figure x 3 for a 4 night duration and the figure x 4 for a 3 night duration. We will give an accurate price on application which is calculated by our computer and takes into account any flight supplement or reduction.
