This charming property, owner-managed by Rui and his wife Catarina, offers a high standard of accommodation in five self contained cottages, perched on the hillside overlooking the town and bay of Vila Franca do Campo. The cottages,
opened in 2007 and built out of natural pinewood, are all named after fruits grown in the property’s beautifully maintained gardens - Cherimoya (Anona), Banana, Maracuja (Passion fruit), Goiaba (Guava) and Laranja (Orange).

The property, set on 10,000 sqm of land, has a small chapel, fruit orchards and is surrounded by verdant countryside where cows can often be seen grazing.

It is also home to three dogs (caged), swans, ducks, a peacock, a cockerel and chickens – a veritable menagerie that children and adults alike will appreciate. The natural bay of Vila Franca do Campo is ideal for swimming and regular whale watching, diving and boat excursions (Jun-Sep) depart from its harbour. Highly recommended.

Five 1-bedroom cottages (sleep 2+2): 4 units have a double bed and 1 unit has a twin bed, all have bathroom (bath & shower), separate open-plan living room, kitchenette (2 electric hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge and small freezer), double sofa bed – suitable for two children, satellite TV and private terrace with sea view and outdoor table/chairs.

Amenities/Leisure:  5 cottages including two (Anona and Banana) that interconnect, each equipped with toilet paper, cleaning products for clients use
and a welcome pack filled with seasonal fruit, cheese, bread, butter and local tea ■ Linen change every week, towels changed daily on request and
