Opened in 1935, the Terra Nostra Garden is situated on the south of the island in Furnas. This is a very attractive, peaceful spa town, surrounded by hills and is an ideal location for those looking for peace and quiet. This classic 3-star hotel has been tastefully decorated with dark woods and parquet flooring throughout and many of the hotel’s bedrooms, along with the restaurant and indoor swimming pool, enjoy fabulous views over the world famous, extensive botanical gardens (owned by the hotel).
