On the outskirts of the village, opposite Agrotikon One, on rising ground is this small stone built complex. Converted from an existing village house are 2 one-bedroom ground floor units as well as a twobedroom house at the end. Access is straight from the road, through a door in the stone boundary wall in the side street (Megalon Konstantinou Street). There are approximately 8 steps to the pool terrace. A further 6 steps bring you to the upper terrace which accesses all three units. There is also a ramp going up or from another door on the main road. The views are to an open valley over the village and vineyards beyond. It is a short drive to Tsadha Golf Course. This property has been simply and attractively arranged with traditional furniture by the owners of Agrotikon One.

Unit One: A small step up to the living/dining room with table for 3, a settee, kitchenette including rings, oven, fridge, electric kettle and toaster. The original feeding trough for donkeys has been lovingly refurbished. Up two steps is the bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room. Both rooms have optional air-conditioning at a cost of 6 Euros each per day payable locally.
Unit Two: A small step up to the living/dining room (table for 3), a settee, kitchenette including rings, oven, fridge,electric kettle and toaster. Off it is the bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. Both rooms have optional air-conditioning at a daily cost of 6 Euros each.
Unit Three: A small step to the living/dining room (table for 6), a bed/settee, kitchenette including washing machine, rings, oven, fridge and a cloakroom on the ground floor. Seventeen wooden steps lead to the first floor where there are 2 twin-bedded rooms and shower room.

* All three rooms have optional air-conditioning at a daily rate of 6 Euros each.
Outside: Two terraces, with swimming pool 9m x 4m (depth 1m to 1.6m) on the lower terrace. The property may be used as one for a large party of up to
7 or 8. The individual units may also be rented separately.
