This is an individual, small and private house located on the outskirts of Maroni. Entrance is through a low door into the courtyard where the swimming pool is located. An ideal spot for relaxing and sunbathing. A narrow road leads down to the sea (narrow beach), a ten minute drive. The village has a bicycle hire shop, butchers and supermarket. The nearest taverna is
approximately 1 km away.

On the ground floor fully equipped kitchen with table for four, electric hob (2 plates), small dishwasher, oven and fridge/freezer. Courtyard can be accessed from the kitchen. Access from the kitchen through a small sitting area to a double bedded (four poster) bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower only). Fan and storage heater in bedroom. Bedroom opens onto courtyard. Second bedroom accessed through courtyard with two large single beds, ceiling fan and storage heater. Bathroom with shower, original stone corner basin, washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor, accessed from a kitchen staircase, a simply furnished living room with television/DVD and balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool. Ceiling fan and storage heater. Distant sea view from the balcony over village roofs. Swimming pool 5.5m x 2.75m.
